Notice of Service Discontinuation – Effective April 16, 2010
This
is to inform you that we have discontinued offering the Minnesota Court
Web Access search service on April 16, 2010. We are taking this step
because we offer two similar search tools for government agencies to
look up Minnesota District Court case records: MNCIS Public Access (MPA)
and MNCIS Odyssey Assistant (OA). MPA and OA provide the most current
view of district court case records from the MNCIS statewide case
management system. We invite you to apply for and read about these
services at
www.mncourts.gov/mncis/govaccess.

Notice of Use Limitations
Personal or
non-official governmental use of data accessed to-date via Court Web
Access site is prohibited. This service was
offered on a limited basis to Minnesota Judicial Branch personnel and
select other Minnesota criminal justice agencies. This service was
offered only for the purpose of assisting government agency users in the
efficient performance of governmental duties required by law in
connection with any civil, criminal, administrative, or arbitral
proceeding in any federal, state, or local court or agency or before any
self-regulating body. Personal or non-official use of this site was
prohibited. The Rules of Public Access to Records of the Minnesota
Judicial Branch and other state and federal law apply to data obtained
